The Yungeleit have learned Halacha L’maiseh and have been equipped to handle any situation that arises. They can go on to become Rabbonim, psychologists, and leaders of the community, and address the problems that exist.

- Harav Reuven Feinstein,
Rosh HaYeshiva Yeshiva of Staten Island and Rabbinical Advisor of Kollel Hora'ah of America

Rabbi Yitzchok Oratz, Rabbi, Monmouth Torah Links

The Kollel is wonderful! Practically speaking, it creates a Ruach in the Beis Medrash. The Yungeleit have a rotation to deliver a short, powerful Devar Torah after Shacharis and Mincha, and interact with the community in a positive way.

Rabbi Modechai Twersky, Hornesteipler Rebbe, Dean TTCI Coaching

The goal is to train them in Torah and Halacha, and I have only positive things to say about this approach.

Mr. Avi Shulman, Life Coach

The Yungeleit took to the program very well. They were excited and eager to learn. The men were bright, did their homework, and were on top of their game. They want to be successful in every area of life.

Rabbi Avi Shafran, Director Public Affairs, Agudath Israel of America

I was deeply impressed with the intelligence, curiosity, and knowledge of the young men at the kollel. The honor of speaking with them and fielding their questions was truly a memorable experience.

Dr. David Leiberman, PhD., noted psychologist

Having had the z’chus to work with the Kollel, I was highly impressed by their exceptional dedication, passion, and professionalism. The level of engagement was extraordinary and I personally enjoy the experience immensely.

Rabbi Eli Kaufman, Rabbi of Cong. Ohav Emeth of Highland Park

It was a wonderful experience. The young men are provided with tools so that they will have a rich tool chest when leaving to work with the tzibbur.

“The learning mehalach of the Kollel comes out in every shiur I give. The Roshei Kollel are quoted on a daily basis”

Rabbi M.E.
Alumnus

At Kollel Horaah, we learned sugyos in Halacha on a number of relevant topics- and we also learned a method in psak which can be taken anywhere in shas, starting with the Gemara and moving through the rishonim and poskim. Today,  I continue to approach sugyos with the method that was taught in Kollel Horaah.

Rabbi Reuven Mittler
Alumnus, Rebbi YTT of Chicago

The skills gained from the Kollel enabled me to succeed in my current position. In addition to the learning and training, the Roshei Kollel are there for you constantly. They are available to discuss anything."

Rabbi Moshe Berman
Alumnus, Administrator at KHA and Chosson Rebbe

"The Kollel equipped me with the tools and the confidence to succeed and impact the Klal in a meaningful way."
